Joel Rico, President) and the Council of Dean and Heads of Architectural Schools in the Philippines (Arch. John Joseph Fernandez) for the formation of the COUNCIL FOR THE ARCHITECTURE PROFESSION, March 26, 2012, at the UAP Headquarter.
